Flying Dutchman provides Coast to Coast kayak rentals, surf ski hire, and flexible short‑ and long‑term kayak hire options in Christchurch and Auckland. Whether you are training on the Waimakariri, racing the Coast to Coast, competing in the Waimakariri Classic, or taking part in other New Zealand multisport events, we supply reliable multisport kayaks, surf skis, and full athlete logistics including Auckland to Mt White Bridge transport with kayak collection in Auckland, Taupō, or Wellington, drop‑off at Kūmara Beach for stickering and checks, delivery to Mt White Bridge for support‑crew pickup, and return transport after the race. We also support paddlers visiting New Zealand to complete their Grade II requirements. Our goal is to make your paddling logistics simple so you can focus on racing, training, and enjoying the water.

Kayaks and gear are available for pickup in Christchurch from Sunday 7 February to Wednesday 10 February. All rentals must be returned by Sunday 14 February.
All kayaks include spray decks and air bags.
Race Transport Options:
* This service includes kayak pickup from Auckland, drop‑off at Kumara Beach on Thursday 12 February for stickering, checks, and final preparation. Your kayak will then be delivered to Mt White Bridge for support‑crew collection, with post‑race pickup from Gorge Bridge. Return transport to Auckland is included and can be coordinated with any required repairs.
